Staff were amazingly helpful. We got early access to our room and they give us lots of good advice regarding local shops, restaurants, cafes and different walking routes. We had inadvertently made the same booking twice and they refunded it even through it was a non-refundable booking. We really liked the street the hotel is on. There's lots of good restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. It's easy to walk to the Botanics and Opera house area, plus there's a bus stop right outside and the train station is a pleasant walk that's short. Really good area and our new favourite place to stay while in Sydney.

This was my second stay at the hotel during my holiday - I stayed 3 nights before flying home. The stay was as good as the first and I even had the same room with the amazing view of the opera house and harbour bridge. As stated in the previous review, the bed was comfy, the room spacious with a table by the window and a small kitchen area perfect for making breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. Location is brilliant, some lovely restaurants nearby, and good public transport links. For the airport get the 311 bus from outside the hotel to Central Station then the T8 airport train. Staff were brilliant.

I really loved my stay at the hotel - the view from my room was fantastic, I could see the opera house from the bed. The bed was comfy, and the room spacious with a small table by the window. Great for drinking a cup of tea. There was a small kitchen area and fridge which was perfectly adequate for making breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. Location is brilliant with a metro over the road, a great deli and lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. About 30-40 minutes walk to the Opera House from the hotel. The staff were great, really helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Great location with perfect access to public transport and within walking distance to the Botanic garden and main landmarks. The stuff was super friendly and helpful. The suit was small but had everything essential with an amazing harbor view! The gym access is provided for free and is located in 5 min walking distance. The gym is not so crowded and has all the equipment as any normal gym with free weights and general machines for the upper body, legs etc.. Also, a good supermarket is located cross the street, a lot of cafes and restaurants on any taste around.

Amazing, amazing! Great location and excellent staff. From the moment we checked in, the staff were so helpful and friendly. We were given a list of restaurants they had created, which they had genuinely eaten at so they could confirm they were good. Plus a map of the area which promptly had the bus eoite marked on it for us if we wanted to catch the bus to the city. Older building (as so many of them are in the area), but it was clean with everything you need, including a little kitchenette. Will definitely be back!
